Assistant Member Administration & Service Area - Senior Level - m/f - Full-time

We are looking for a committed, experienced and service-oriented assistant (m/f/d) who impresses with their sense of responsibility, organisational talent and strong communication skills.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the division management in conceptual and organisational tasks
  • Coordinating and optimising front and back office processes
  • Ensuring a high standard of quality in member contact (service, communication, appearance)
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of campaigns, projects and collaborations
  • Actively participating in cross-departmental projects and independently taking on partial responsibilities
  • Being responsible for deployment and resource planning in the service area (workforce planning)
  • Supporting the preparation of evaluations, reports and action plans for process and quality improvement
  • Carrying out analyses (e.g. member satisfaction, service indicators) and benchmarking to identify potential for optimisation
  • Monitoring and quality control in member contact – with a focus on advice, availability and processing quality
  • Interface communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners

Profile

  • Completed training or university degree in tourism, commerce or administration (Bac+2/3)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in tourism, customer service or project management
  • Excellent language skills in Luxembourgish, French, German and English are mandatory
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Organisational talent and a precise, structured way of working
  • Friendly, well-groomed and professional manner
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Discretion, initiative and solution-oriented thinking
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
